Whole Lamb slow roasted on a spit served with fresh mint sauce or salsa verde

Whole Pig slow roasted on a spit with crackling & freshly made apple sauce

The meat is hand cut and served with Rosemary & Garlic Roasted Potatoes with a choice of 2 salads

The Roaster is delivered to your property and the meat is cooked on site between 6 to 12 hours depending on size of party.

Please note: If you feel that there is something missing from any of our menus, or if you have any specific dietary requirements, we would be delighted to discuss a more bespoke menu, or to offer any advice or ideas for your event.
