After this has been agreed and a deposit paid your booking is confirmed.

To book a service a 50% deposit is required. This is paid using paypal or bank transfer. The balance is paid in cash on the day of the event or the start of the booking.

If you are having a chef cook in your property please make sure you have a clear kitchen, some room in your fridge for the chefs ingredients and set your table. Please let us know if you need any plates, glasses, serving dishes, tables or chairs as we offer a very reasonable hire service.

You need to cancel 14 days in advance to receive a refund. If you decide to cancel at a later date then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. This is because we are often fully booked and will have most likely turned down other paying clients in favour of your booking.

If the number of guests change then we need to know at least 72 hours in advance.
